  • What formats do your designs come in?

    My designs are typically provided in the following formats:

    PES, JEF, DST, EXP, HUS, VP3 and XXX

    If you need a different format, just reach out—I'm happy to help!

  • How do I unzip the downloaded files?

    All design files come in a ZIP folder. To unzip:

    - On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to extract it.

    - On Windows: Right-click the ZIP and choose 'Extract All.'

    If you're using a mobile device or tablet, you may need a free app to unzip files.

  • My machine won’t read the design—what should I do?

    First, check the file format and hoop size to make sure it matches your machine.

    If you’re still having trouble, the ZIP file might have been corrupted during download. Try re-downloading and unzipping again. Still stuck? Contact me—I’ll help troubleshoot or resend the file.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the digital nature of embroidery files, I do not offer refunds once a design is downloaded.

    However, if you run into any issues, please contact me—I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

  • Can I use your designs on finished products I sell?

    Yes! You're welcome to use my designs on physical items you sell (like towels, totes, or garments).

    You may not resell or share the digital design files themselves.

  • Do you take custom requests?

    At this time, I’m not offering custom design services. However, I love hearing what you’re looking for—drop me a note with your idea, and I may include it in a future collection!
